OUR SPA
A small corner of paradise inside the hotel, a place to relax leaving all thoughts behind you. An area created for deep body and, above all, inner relaxation. Restoring a contact with ourselves is very important, as well as listening to our senses.
We have created a small spa with sauna, steam bath and a special mill shower where you can relax after a day full of sport and nature.
The sauna: a few minutes in the sauna are good for our body to purify and above all to free from the stress which is concentrated in different parts of our body. Sit down, relax your shoulders and enjoy the moment. There’s nothing more regenerating than a Finnish sauna.
The steam bath: stress and tensions slip away in no time with a relaxing and toning steam bath. Close your eyes and breathe deeply to get rid of any negativity. Want to try a unique experience? After a moment in the steam bath go outside in the garden for a few seconds: the change will give your body energy and vitality.
The mill shower: the alternation between hot and cold water is good for the whole body. Cold water tones and regenerates, it gives balance, while hot water relaxes the accumulated tensions. What a perfect combination.
